Mr. Andrew Hixon

Managing Director – Technivac Ltd.

A proud Yorkshireman, Andrew was educated both in the USA and UK and obtained his degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Greenwich.

Prior to Technivac Andrew worked for a multinational chemical company working his way up to senior plant and project management roles before transferring to Technivac after 19-years’ dedicated service.

Andrew was originally brought in to Technivac in 2008 prior to becoming Managing Director in 2016 where his skills in business, expert knowledge in chemical processes and leadership has established real momentum for Technivac.


Mr. Ross Jones

General Manager – Technivac Ltd.

Ross joined the company back in 2004 as a young Technician and progressed over the years to his current position. With 20 years’ service at Technivac, Ross has shown exemplary knowledge and understanding in both the company and the industry that surrounds Catalyst Handling. He is regarded by customers and colleagues as a dedicated, professional manager with a strong passion for the business and the objectives of its customers.

Ross has a HND in Business studies as well as being NEBOSH certified in Occupational Health and Safety.


Mr. Jonathan Hughes (Jonny)

Project Manager – Technivac Ltd.

Jonny joined Technivac in 1989 after six years’ in the Armed Forces as a vehicle mechanic. Originally employed as a technician, Jonny has extensive knowledge and understanding of various Technivac systems and equipment, and these technical skills have contributed to many R&D projects.

He has played a big part in building and commissioning Technivac equipment as well as proving himself highly valuable in running shutdowns and turnaround projects. This led to him becoming Project Manager in 2015 building on his 31 years’ experience on site and offshore, across the globe.
